The BE5856 HMS PREMIUM is an electric treadmill designed for households. The treadmill has a large running area that provides a comfortable training zone. Coupled with its cushioning system, it makes running enjoyable. The six-part inner cushion and the two outer cushions with a honeycomb structure ensure perfect cushioning and thus, the safety of the joints. Speed and incline The maximum speed of the BE5856 treadmill is 18 km/h. However, for those who prefer to walk rather than run fast, we can also adjust the speed since the machine starts operating from 1 km/h. To make training more intensive and effective, and to work the thigh quadriceps and calves a bit more, the user can change the incline angle of the treadmill. The maximum incline angle is 15°. Console The control panel is mainly characterised by its ergonomics. The bottle and mobile device holders allow the user to have everything within reach. For added convenience, especially for interval training, the console is equipped with buttons for quick changes to speed and incline. Computer The computer features a 7-inch screen with LCD display. All displayed information is clearly visible. What information could this be? The computer offers many functions: 36 workout programmes plus 3 individual programmes. It also displays information about the workout, time, current speed, incline, distance, calories burned, and heart rate. Body fat function included. No space = foldable One of the main issues when buying fairly large fitness equipment is the lack of space at home. There is a solution. The BE5856 is equipped with a folding system that allows the user to avoid the treadmill's dimensions. The gas cylinder enables safe folding and unfolding of the machine.
